Crookshank Elementary - Session 2 - Afterschool Program
Join us at Crookshank Elementary every Wednesday and build some robots with us! We're so excited to bring our STEM programs to your neighborhood. Look forward to a new class every week, new robots and new skills to keep each class fresh and exciting. Registration is required. For ages 5-12. Open to all Crookshank Elementary students, both Extended Day AND students not enrolled in Extended Day. For Extended Day students, the cost for RoboThink Robotics registration is in addition to Extended Day enrollment costs. Robots will be broken down at the end of each day and clean up time starts 15 minutes before the end of class.

Starts: November 2nd. This is a 6 week session due to holiday schedules. A new session will start in the Spring upon return to school. Parents will need to re-register and pay each session to stay enrolled in RoboThink Robotics Afterschool.
NOTE: THERE IS NO CLASS ON NOVEMBER 23 in observance of Thanksgiving. The school will be closed.

Food Policies
Students will be allowed snacks according to Crookshank's food policies. Please refer to Crookshank's food policies when sending snacks for robotics afterschool.
Pick Up Policy
Pick up your students at the double doors of the main hallway in front of the school. Bring your car pick up slip and a valid photo ID in order to pick up your child. Pick up is promptly at 3:30p. Extended Day students will return to their Extended Day program at 3:30p.

I acknowledge that while my child is attending this RoboThink program, he/she may be photographed by a still or video camera. I authorize RoboThink, LLC.
to utilize my child’s photographic image without identification in its brochures and advertisements in any media, including RoboThink’s website. In giving my consent, I hereby release and hold harmless RoboThink and its agents from any and all responsibility or liability relating to the use of the photographs. I understand that neither my child nor I will receive compensation should any photograph authorized hereunder be used.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations received at least one week prior to the date of the first class will receive a full refund of the registration fee. Cancellations received after this date, but prior to the second class, will receive a refund, minus a $30 cancellation fee. There are no refunds for cancellations after the second class of the program. There are no refunds or make-ups for missed classes. If a class is cancelled due to weather or other events, the class will be rescheduled.
