Hopewell Christian Academy - Spring 2 - Afterschool RoboThink Robotics 2026

Join us at Hopewell Christian Academy every week and build some robots with us! In this program, students will have a blast exploring the world of robotic technologies as they build, learn and play. Each week, students dive into exciting hands-on STEM adventures—building robotic models, exploring engineering challenges, and discovering the science behind how things work. Our step-by-step lessons make learning fun while reinforcing key STEM concepts in a creative, engaging way. Have your builders been enrolled in our programs? They will continue to build upon the skills they've learned with new projects to advance in RoboThink robotics curriculum. Are your builders new? Great! We will be helping them to embark in the world of robotics! For ages K-7.

Open to all Hopewell Academy students, both Extended Day AND students not enrolled in Extended Day. For Extended Day students, the cost for RoboThink Robotics registration is in addition to Extended Day enrollment costs. Robots will be broken down at the end of each day and clean up time starts 15 minutes before the end of class.

Parents will need to re-register and pay each session to stay enrolled in RoboThink Robotics Afterschool.

Pick Up Policy

Pick up your students according to Promise Land's pick procedures at 4:30p. Bring your car pick up slip and a valid photo ID in order to pick up your child. Pick up is promptly at 4:30p. Extended Day students will return to their Extended Day program at 4:30p.

Parent Communication:

RoboThink uses ClassDojo to keep parents connected and informed! Throughout our classes, we share updates, photos, and highlights so you can see your child’s progress, projects, and achievements in real time. It’s a fun, easy way to be part of their STEM journey! Also, keep your eye on your email for newsletter or email communications from RoboThink.

AGREEMENTS

By registering, you agree to the Cancellation Policy. 

ROBOTHINK PHOTO RELEASE AGREEMENT - You will be able to accept or deny to this release during registration.

I acknowledge that while my child is attending this RoboThink program, he/she may be photographed by a still or video camera. I authorize RoboThink, LLC. 

to utilize my child’s photographic image without identification in its brochures and advertisements in any media, including RoboThink’s website. In giving my consent, I hereby release and hold harmless RoboThink and its agents from any and all responsibility or liability relating to the use of the photographs. I understand that neither my child nor I will receive compensation should any photograph authorized hereunder be used.

CANCELLATION POLICY

By registering, you agree to the Cancellation Policy. Cancellations received at least one week prior to the date of the first class will receive a full refund of the registration fee. Cancellations received after this date, but prior to the second class, will receive a refund, minus a $30 cancellation fee. There are no refunds for cancellations after the second class of the program. There are no refunds or make-ups for missed classes. If a class is cancelled due to weather or other events, the class will be rescheduled.

RoboThink is a step-by-step international learning program. All levels accepted. All students will work on new projects each session. Our exciting STEM programs develop core STEM skills that students apply to school subjects and their future careers, while fostering a love for science and robotics. With RoboThink’s exclusive robotics kit and our STEAM curriculum, students have a blast learning about robotics, engineering, technology and other STEM subjects.
